I ordered a robe for my son a while ago for Christmas. At the time I asked you about returns if I got the size / pattern wrong - you replied very quickly saying it wouldn't be a problem. I'm writing to let you know the robe is a huge success & won't be returned!!!!! Your sizing guidance was spot on, the robe a sheer delight ( I know as I have had mine for years & still looks like new!) my son is thrilled - was always trying to 'steal away' with mine!! I bought a bathrobe from this stall over fifteen years ago and it looks as good today as it did the day I bought it. I don't know how they do it, but its probably the best purchase I have ever made. My only gripe, is that there is no chance of buying another design as I think my robe will out-live me. Just as well I chose the design carefully.

"I just wanted to tell you how much i am enjoying both the robe and the Kaftan i bought from you in Covent Garden a couple of months ago.

I use the Kaftan as a house coat every day now the cold winter nights are getting longer, i just love the warm Italian colours, brightening up my day.

If i am ever in one of those posh shops that sell toweling bathrobes, i still go and take a look to see how much they are asking and what the quality is like of the toweling they have used. i have not found any that could compare either on price or, more importantly to me, Quality. Like i said to you when i bought mine, i have been looking for a toweling bath robe for four years and more before i saw yours.

Also, many extra thanks for making one especially for me, with longer arms, it really makes the difference, and though i do have to roll them up for doing the washing up, the Tea and Reading position is enhanced greatly by the added comfort of my Kaftan.

Here's wishing you an extra wonderful year as we all tighten our belts, cut the thermostat and watch our heating bills this year more than ever. Any wise Ecco friendly person would do well to get their hands on one of your wonderful robes, and they are made in England so no sweat shop labour either.
